Responsibilities:
provide professional advice on all HR related issues (including resourcing, C&B and performance management and employee relations)
formulate and implement overall HR strategy to support the business growth
support a designated client portfolio
responsible for expatriate management and internal mobility
involved in employee engagement projects
lead or be part of the task team for ad hoc projects
Requirements:
degree educated in business or related discipline
at least seven years generalist experience gained with large corporations, preferably with financial institutions or professional service firms
excellent communications skills
strong project management skills
fluent in English and Chinese
