Due to recent expansion, one of the leading insurance giant that prides themselves for the unparalleled market reputation is looking for a top-tier candidate to join the HR team as Senior HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• provide professional advice on all HR related issues (including resourcing, C&B and performance management and employee relations)
• formulate and implement overall HR strategy to support the business growth
• support a designated client portfolio
• responsible for expatriate management and internal mobility
• involved in employee engagement projects
• lead or be part of the task team for ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• degree educated in business or related discipline
• at least seven years’ generalist experience gained with large corporations, preferably with financial institutions or professional service firms
• excellent communications skills
• strong project management skills
• fluent in English and Chinese
