As the Researcher – Financial Services Division Robert Walters, this role will report to the Financial Services Division Manager as an integral part of the business operations working hand-in-hand with the consultants to deliver talent to our Clients. Performing a business enablement function, you will work with management to drive the business forward and work to continually improve the talent sourcing platform.
You will be involved in candidate generation and headhunting top talent in the market so the individual will need to be assertive, thorough and to utilise any contacts they have in the market.
Individuals who are currently doing research within the recruitment industry are the ideal fit but alternatively individuals who has exposure to the banking sector and strong interest in research will be considered as well.
Team players are a must as Robert Walters prides itself on this approach and individuals with drive and enthusiasm are a must.
