A leading investment bank is looking for a benefits professional to join the C&B team as Benefits Administrator. This role will have a focus on the Korea and Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
responsible for benefits enrolment and termination and maintenance of benefits enrolment database and documentation
administer mandatory programs including Social Security, Housing Fund, leave, maternity benefits
administer supplementary benefit programs including medical and life insurance, retirement scheme, mortgage interest subsidy programs
monitor vendors performance and processing benefits invoices
ensure compliance with local Country and Company rules and regulations
work closely with different parties including local HR generalist, payroll team and regional HR Shared Services to ensure smooth running of process and all benefits related tasks are completed within service level agreement
answering of employee enquires
participate in the design and implementation of new processes
Requirements:
degree educated
minimum two years experience in HR/ Admin
fluent in Mandarin, English and Korean a must
strong organisation, communication and writing skills
ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
