This is a leading international group with business operations predominantly in Hong Kong and PRC region. The group engages on engineering and environmental projects and services.
Reporting to the Chairman of the Group, this is a high profile finance position that provides leadership to the overall financial operation of the group with key mandate to drive IPO process for the group within a set timeframe.
Responsibilities:
lead the overall finance function for the group including consolidation, reporting, budgeting, IPO process, taxation, and treasury related matters
drive the prepare and consolidate budget, forecast, cash flow planning, evaluation of actual performance against budgets
lead corporate finance projects and conduct activities for merge and acquisition and group listing
key contact with banks, external auditors, legal, tax advisors, lawyers, sponsors, and underwriter as well as in compliance with accounting, tax, legislative, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
university degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline and is a qualified member of professional bodies such as ACCA, HKICPA or CPA
an excellent position for a commercially astute and progressive team player with the ability to work under pressure
a qualified accountant with at least eight to ten years experience gained from listed companies within the manufacturing industries is preferred
experience in IPO listing in HK or Singapore is essential
familiar with listing rules, HK and PRC accounting and taxation rules
ideally a highly organised and analytical individual who is proactive, dynamic and outgoing
fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
