A leading retailer of luxury brands including fashion & apparel, jewellery, watches and accessories, is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to supervise a recently opened store.
Responsibilities:
ensure success in all aspects of shop operations, profitability, people development, customer service, merchandise presentation and merchandise assortment
optimise brand image, shop turnover and profitability
oversee the smooth running of day-to-day shop operations
supervise and motivate a team of sales executives
execute and manage customer service programmes
Requirements:
five to six years' experience in store management
excellent presentation and communication skills (including fluent English & Mandarin)
an ability to manage and motivate staff to reach revenue targets
service-oriented with strong leadership, problem solving, organisational and communication skills
