A leading investment bank is looking for a top-tier candidate to join the regional campus recruitment team as Campus Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
support the regional campus recruitment activities
build and maintain relationships with universities and career service centres
work with senior recruiter to organise and coordinate campus events
answer enquires from applicants
set up and coordinate assessment centres
prepare reports and manage the online application system
assist in other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
degree educated
at least two years of campus recruitment or resourcing experience gained within banking and financial industry or leading MNCs
good knowledge of campus recruitment
independent and highly organised
excellent communications skills
good at MS applications
fluent English, Chinese a plus
team oriented
