Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for private banking compliance portfolio
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
approve new account opening, intermediaries, holdmail and periodic review
approve marketing events / documentation
keep abreast of regulatory development and advice business
perform trade and compliance surveillance
perform AML review
provide compliance advice
review and roll out policies and procedures
review new products and product programmes
liaise with regulators for regulatory issues
deliver compliance training
review incidents and complaints
Qualifications & Skills:
proven extensive working experience in banking industry
10 compliance experience, preferably in Private Bank / Wealth Management
experience in approving new account opening for Private Bank / Wealth Management
fluent in English and Putonghua
independent and problem solver
good communication, team player and interpersonal skills
willing to face challenges
