One of the largest retail and commercial bank in the world, the bank Retail Distribution network is a potential showcase of this banks local as well as global appeal. The bank is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their dedicated Distribution Management team in the role of NRC (Non Resident Chinese) Business Specialist.
Principal Accountabilities
plan and coordinate all NRC business in the network, particularly towards the strategic development and overall management of the NRC Centres, including distribution strategy, location and people deployment plans
lead and drive the overall achievement of NRC acquisition and outbound referral business as well as the NRC portfolio income target
proactively identify business opportunities through connections with other external parties, developing and reinforcing relationships with a focus on diversifying the sources of quality NRC customers
drive the implementation of sales initiatives related to NRC business targets within the branch networks and NRC centres
lead and motivate the NRC champions in achieving assigned business goals and targets within respective divisions
support system and process improvement initiatives
provide customer and staff feedback on services and sales offering
ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements, as well as sales quality assurance
Experience/Skills Required
at least five years experience in retail sales and marketing in the Greater China region, with a sound knowledge of Greater China business development
good understanding of the market, competitors, customers and business environment
ability to manage and communicate with key stakeholders on all key issues, including sales distribution and senior management of relevant departments
flexibility in working with various internal and external stakeholders
excellent commercial orientation, with good selling and presentation skills
strong leadership and people management capabilities
well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
