A leading network security and management solution company listed in the US is urgently seeking for an Accountant to overlook the Asia Pacific businesses.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, Asia Pacific your responsibilities include the following:
check expenses claims and ensure it is compliant with corporate policy
check and input vendor invoices
prepare and process payments timely
prepare and maintain fixed assets registers
maintain cashbook and prepare cashflow forecast
monitor multiple currencies bank accounts
prepare intercompany transactions and reconciliations
prepare general ledger and month-end closing
prepare bank reconciliation and balance sheet accounts analysis
assist to set up and roll out Oracle Financials for Asia Pacific countries
assist to compile local statutory audit requirement
assist in local annual/quarterly corporation income tax return requirements
assist to prepare management reports and analysis if necessary
Requirements:
more than three years relevant working experiences in a regional capacity within IT/Hi-Tech industries
knowledge in Oracle Financials
with practical BA direct experience is a plus
good communications skills
good team spirit and responsible
willing to take responsibilities and be flexible to adapt changes
good in command in English and Mandarin
