A leading, expanding investment bank is looking to recruit an Administrator/Secretary to support a team of senior executives. This position is available immediately, initially a contract but can be extended depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
support executives and administrative staff in general office duties such as collating and assembling documents
accepting and delivering interoffice correspondence and reports
schedule appointments and maintain supervisor's calendars; screen calls and visitors and make travel arrangements.
Requirements:
three to six years experience in an administrative / secretarial support or similar position.
requires a high level of professionalism and business etiquette.
must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once.
must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned, and the hours necessary to complete them.
will demonstrate enthusiasm, aptitude, organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
a specific college degree or multilingual fluency maybe preferred.
