A distinguished magic circle international law firm with a global presence is seeking a corporate associate for their office in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
• key responsibilities in this position are to take care of clients' IPO and pre IPO issues
• manage M&A deals from both corporate and finance side, therefore experience from both corporate and banking law is an advantage
Requirements:
• four+ years’ PQE in general/ commercial corporate must be gained in a reputable or top tier firm is essential
• admitted into one of the following common law jurisdictions is essential: Hong Kong; England & Wales; Singapore; Australia; or New Zealand
• Chinese language skills advantageous, but not essential
