A well known banking group with both retail and investment arms and strong presence in the greater China region is seeking candidates to fill the position of Legal Counsel.
Responsibilities:
reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance
advise business managers on direct investment, registered and private funds, securities and other ad hoc projects
participate in the development and set up of new business and products in cooperation with internal and external experts
Requirements:
qualified lawyer holding a bachelor or higher Degree in Laws with Honours
minimum seven years PQE or a legal graduate with good experience in corporate and commercial practice
be a team player having initiatives to learn and strive for excellence
be a self-starter and result-oriented
PRC legal and regulatory knowledge would be an advantage
good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
