Responsibilities:
provide strategic and operational advice to senior management
leading a small team working in a generalist capacity covering both Hong Kong and PRC
Requirements:
university graduate with experience gained preferably within an MNC environment
strong knowledge of both Hong Kong and PRC employment laws and hands on experience in handling daily HR operations
fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin will be essential
must be an independent, proactive individual who enjoys working in a western environment
self-disciplined and highly professional attitude
previous experience of leading a small HR team will be a definite advantage
