The world leading information security provider is now seeking a Sales Director to join the Hong Kong team. Reporting functionally to the Vice President in China, you will be both a manager and a hunter to create, develop and execute sales strategies in your assigned territories.
Managing the sales team, you will devise sales strategies to maximise revenue for the company. Your efforts will include deeper and wider penetration of existing accounts, breaking into completely new accounts, and in some cases creating new business models. Delivering consistent revenue performance with opportunistically look at the market for revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• sell high performance security platforms to large enterprises and carriers
• develop C-level relationships with key customers and partners in the assigned territory
• establish sound working relationships with product management and resources across the company
Requirements:
• university degree with technical background will be a plus
• more than 10 years’ sales experience in IT industries with at least six years’ in a direct/major account sales role
• experience in selling complex solutions and managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans
• capable of closing complicated deals from discovering sales opportunities to contract completion; existing relationships with Telco’s is a must
• familiarity with network security products; sales driven with strong track record of closing big ticket item deals
• excellent communications and presentation skills in English, Cantonese (Mandarin advantage)
