The organisation is building an internal recruitment team to manage talent attraction and several opportunities are available across the business at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the end to end recruitment process for one or a set of businesses, with a focus on direct sourcing
- Partner closely with key internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements and future plan
- Influence and educate line managers on recruitment strategies and process
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with external vendors, and leverage these relationships to the best advantage of the bank
- Develop and drive appropriate selection methodologies in alignment with the overall corporate resourcing strategies
- Use proactive and innovative approaches to deliver value-added recruitment solutions whilst closely controlling cost bases
Requirements:
- Candidates are sought at various levels for junior to senior roles
- Solid recruitment experience, in either an in-house or agency environment
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with hiring managers and external vendors
- Experience in providing strategic advice to business leaders, preferably within the banking industry
- Highly professional and self motivated, with well-developed influencing skills and strong business acumen
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
- For senior resourcing positions, team management experience is strongly preferred
