A world renowned luxury watch & jewellery company is looking for high calibre to be the Sales & Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible for both retail and wholesale business in HK, Macau & South China regions, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
oversee wholesale and retail activities for Hong Kong/Macau/PRC
develop and manage the marketing strategy and budget
formulate marketing and sales strategies and sales initiatives and plan ahead to achieve the desired business objectives for management evaluation and/or further promotion plans
perform sales analysis and sales forecast
supervise and cooperate with team member to reach sales target; achieving sales growth performance via expanding business volume and further penetration of existing clients
maintain good relationship with existing clients, and explore new business opportunities
manage sales performance in terms of sales volume, inventory and payment
Requirement
a degree in related discipline
at least eight years experience in the high-end retail and marketing field, of which five years at managerial level
outstanding presentation capability and excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese (fluent Mandarin is necessary)
aggressive in business strategies and operation plans to achieve profit and growth objectives
strong in strategic planning, initiative and proactive problem solver
strong organisational & leadership ability
excellent negotiation skills
well organised and detail-minded
