This leading FMCG company is currently looking to recruit a senior finance manager for their Greater China headquarters to be based here in Hong Kong. They are one of the key players in the world in the FMCG arena.
Reporting to the finance director of the Greater China region, you will be responsible for preparing business forecast and analysis for the region; you will analyse monthly and quarterly business results in presenting commentary analysis to company directors. In driving the business forward to achieve profitability objectives, you will work closely with sales & marketing department heads in building business models to analyse market trends, competitiveness, and pricing strategies. In additional, you will lead business process improvements on financial operational efficiency and look after the overall control environment.
Requirements:
• a qualified Accountant with at least 10 years’ experience gained from MNC environment
• FMCG industry experience is a prerequisite
• strong leadership skills with good business acumen and hands-on approach are essential
• an ability to work effectively with large and diverse group of stakeholders, internally and externally
• an ability to analyse complex issues and situations and put them into perspective, provide insight and solutions
• excellent influencing and communications skills
• outstanding written and verbal English and Chinese skills are pre-requisites for this role
