A top-tier financial services provider in Hong Kong has a unique opportunity for a senior HR professional to join their team as an employee communications project manager. The role will be reporting to the Head of HR, Hong Kong.
This role will be looking to drive the employee engagement and communications into a new office, representing the HR on the team, actively participating and formulating ideas into actions.
Working closely with the Head of HR and the Regional Head of HR to develop and execute the people strategy relating to the move. The main duties including people management that will help educate and engage employees on the new brand and culture to build on the banks strong environment
Requirements:
solid experience in project management focusing on change and organisational development and communications within HR
HR professional degree or similar
enthusiastic, energetic and strong influencing skills
fluent in Cantonese and English
innovative and creative
available immediately is a great advantage
