This professional firm is looking for an in-house application project manager to based in Hong Kong to manage existing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
working closely with IT applications to ensure the success of new application hosting
ensure scope, benefits, costs, time-line, and risks are managed for each IT project with 95% accuracy by working through others; not a technical hands-on position
took responsibility and ownership for project deliverables and the triple-constraint, and manage the project from inception through closure
drive the project to successful completion using sound project management processes and experience
manage software development team using SDLC, skilled in resources / staffing planning and strong communication to delivery IT services on-time and budget
lead, prime and deliver concurrent business solutions and ensure satisfaction from key users and sponsors
increase effectiveness of IT software, systems and databases
assess and give recommendations regarding risks that may impede the team's ability to deliver the solution
Requirements:
IT or Computer Science related university degree
seven years' work experience in software application development
skilled in XML, Lotus Notes, Java, DotNet, MS SQL Server, Web Services
strong PM capability with SDLC/CMMI experience and knowledge would be an asset
fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
