One of the largest spirits companies in the world who produce, market and distribute a variety of internationally recognised spirits is now looking for a high calibre person to fill the position of Travel Retail Executive, Hong Kong & Macau.

Specific Responsibilities:

• manage selected Travel Retail accounts as agreed with the Regional Manager; within this to ensure world class implementation of all the initiatives; help deliver perfection at point of purchase in line with the agreed objectives and activity plan
• provide qualitative input for creating and successfully execute promotional plan as presented by the marketing team; manage any in-store resource the company employs on a permanent or temporary basis
• ensure full compliance for social responsibility within Hong Kong-Macau Travel Retail and all the activities for which the company is responsible
• promote collaborative working relationships and effective communication with the customers in Travel Retail and other business partners as well as the Hong Kong-Macau Domestic Market
• manage any agency brand business that the company has in Travel Retail getting the right balance between these brands and the rest of the portfolio
• actively support and promote the aims and activities of the company; successful manage coordination with agencies on creative materials and implement them on the point of purchase

Profile & Competencies:

• degree level or equivalent
• five years' experience in Retail Sales and Key Account Management, preferably in the drinks industry and/or in Travel Retail
• positive mental attitude and an ability to see opportunities and not barriers; demonstrate commercial acumen, uses data effectively in management decision making
• brand literate with a strong affinity for the customer, shopper, consumer and their respective needs and motivations: in particular an affinity for premium brands and how they are built
• financially competent and able to understand and control key drivers such as volume, net sales and account investment; strong negotiator and ability to influence positively customers
• good communicator, in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, verbally and in written format
