This large travel retailers is now seeking a high calibre candidate as Store General Manager, stationed in Macao, to manage their new store and to lead around 200 staffs.
Responsibilities
• deliver store profit goals and company objectives through the achievement of sales targets, margin targets and managing store expenses
• oversee all functional aspects of the day-to-day management of the store
• ensure store presentations are up to the required standard and in line with luxury retail strategies and vendor specifications
• lead and motivate a store team effectively to provide a consistently high level of customer service
• work closely with Talent Management to recruit, train and develop a team capable of meeting business needs in delivering quality service and sales performance
• build and maintain excellent relationship with business partners
• keep abreast with new business development opportunities
Requirements
• a minimum of 10 years' experience in the luxury retail industry of which three to five years in senior retail store management role
• possess strong business acumen, ambitious, result-oriented, self-initiation, analytical and problem solving skills
• relevant business and retail store development experience
• demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
• fluent written and spoken English, able to master other language, e.g. Cantonese / Mandarin is an advantage
