A well established company is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist in its regional HR team for a contract C&B role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will:
• manage the compensation & Benefits for the company
• deal with all issues within C&B for Hong Kong
• manage administration including benefits programs
• focus on annual salary reviews and bonuses
• assess company policies and procedures and adhering to these consistently
• assess the salary costs and budgets
• manage the employee relations
• support the HR Head with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
• a degree in a HR related profession or equivalent
• five to eight years' experience in C&B, minimum of two years in a senior role
• fluent Cantonese and English speaking, Mandarin is a great advantage
• works well to tight deadlines
• excellent communicator
• some travel may be involved
