This client provides private equity, financial advisory, and investment management services with several offices across the US, Europe and Asia. They are a world's leader in private equity investing, having managed five general funds.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
monitoring of treasury function, cash management and liquidity position
full sets of account
management/financial/regulatory accounting
compliance and co-secretarial work
coordination with inter-offices within the group
liaise with external parties like auditor and tax representatives
Requirements:
university graduate in Accounting or with relevant professional qualification
proficiency in English and Chinese
a knowledge of JDE - Oracle
experience in handling SFC regulatory issues and regulatory reporting
understanding in US GAAP as well as HK GAAP
eight to ten years' experience preferably in multinational private equity corporation
